Rhen Molly Miles manages the Pathways Program at the Circus Project. She also developed and facilitates a participatory program based in youth-adult partnerships called the Voice Project. Rhen is a Clinical Social Work Associate, working towards licensure and is currently teaching at the School of Social Work at Portland State University as Adjunct Faculty and Doctoral Candidate. Her focus has included youth development, youth leadership, participatory programming, and increasing equity through structural and systemic change within non-profits and in school settings. As a social worker, therapist, researcher, evaluator, and educator Rhen ties the systemic to the individual to provide a holistic perspective on interpersonal experiences and organizational culture.
