Strongly influenced by attending Alex Allan's dynamic rope teacher training last month, this workshop will go over the different kinds of beats and beat progressions on rope.
Pre Req: Must be comfortable hanging from hands for a decent amount of time. Being able to have straight legs in the air are very helpful for this workshop and are highly recommended.
