Building, sustaining and modeling healthy relationships is an important component of the work we do as circus educators. In this interactive workshop, we'll be exploring some best practices for encouraging a harassment free working environment through the use of examples and discussion. Participants should come out of this session with some basic tools to begin conversations and implementation in their own programs.
Kristina Wicke, Executive Director at SANCA - School of Acrobatics & New Circus Arts, will lead this conversation about creating and sustaining healthy relationships in the workplace between co-workers, and with students.
