Limited Capacity filling up

The topics included in this workshop include individual balancing skills and positions for basing, two person basic trust building and counterbalancing exercises, as well as 3+ person pyramids. The foundations of teaching and spotting these pyramids safely will be covered as well. This workshop is intended for those interested in adding basic features of partner balancing/pyramid building to their resources for community and confidence building exercises. We will do some games if we have time! Steve Seaberg has been working with many groups to build pyramids, both dynamic and static, for over 20 years and can't wait to share his experience with others!
